MUMBAI :Vinita Kamte, the wife of
additional police commissioner Ashok Kamte who died fighting terrorists on 26/11, has hit out at the police for denying her husband credit for fighting the Mumbai terrorists.
Vinita Kamte has said that she conducted her own investigation and found that it was her husband who had shot Qasab but the police did not give him credit for it.
She said the police took a long time to send reinforcements to the spot, so her husband and his companions had to do the best they could.
